As we work through all enquiries and orders at different peak periods, the lead time for responses to enquiries may be longer than usual. Please note, although our despatch times during peak periods may take longer than usual, our commitment to providing a high standard of service will remain unchanged. We will do our utmost to keep wait times to a minimum, and we thank you for your understanding and patience.

You can also view our FAQ's, T&C's and Returns and Warranties pages for helpful information prior to ordering. Please also remember to see the product listing pages for up to date information on expected delivery date for any out of stock items prior to ordering. If an item is known to be out of stock then a back order message will be displayed at the top of that listing with the expected delivery date for more stock of the item.

Order collection hours are from 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
You will receive notification from us once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order number with you to assist our staff in locating your order.
